DESCRIPTION:

We make Fairytale Moscato from grapes that grow in the sun-drenched vineyards of Australia. Delicate light pink, it delivers a pleasantly sweet taste, tropical aromas, perfectly tempered by the freshness offered by its refined bubbles.

PALATE:

This Pink Moscato displays fresh, floral aromatic notes with a touch of sherbet and musk. Lifted with notes of white peach, strawberry and lychee. The Palate exhibits fresh musky flavours with a delicate fairy floss characteristic to it. The natural fruit sweetness is balanced with the fresh acid finish and the gentle spritz gives the wine a refreshing touch.

WINEMAKING NOTES:

To ensure the perfect balance of sweetness and bright acidity, the grapes are cold fermented, in pressurised stainless steel tanks. This preserves the fresh-from-the-vineyard fruit flavors and maintains natural vibrancy. The result is a refreshing glass of Fairytale that is lusciously sweet and easy to drink. The grapes were picked at optimum maturity to maximize the freshly picked grape flavour and a little natural grape sugar has been retained to produce this delicate Moscato style.
